Nearly all U.S. business travelers (98%) expect a “new normal” with changing norms and practices. More than 2 in 5 (42%) expect limiting the use of public transportation and 35% predict using their personal vehicle for traveling (compared to 29% globally).
While travel may look different post COVID, 64% of U.S. business travelers do not expect to routinely limit attendance at events and conferences, suggesting changes will be needed to meet their new expectations.
