How it works: - The integration works with Concur Invoice Professional Edition and supports the U.S. and Canada. - The integration collects batches of eligible invoices from SAP Concur, sends them to your Vertex tax solution for calculation, and returns tax results to Concur Invoice. The default polling interval is every ten minutes. - After the batch is processed, the Calculated Tax Amount and the Calculated Tax Rate fields are populated on the Concur Invoice and Line Item(s). It also includes message logging for troubleshooting.
