The AP Automation Process:

- Invoices are scanned into Concur Invoice, coded, and routed for approval. They are then extracted and posted to the client’s financial system.
- This creates a payment record with a unique Payment ID and generates a “pending retrieval” status in Concur Invoice.
- Edenred Pay’s Payments Automation Platform retrieves the approved invoices that are ready for payment and creates those payments as Virtual Cards, ACH, Edenred Pay Network, and Checks, then delivers payment status updates back to Concur Invoice – it’s that simple.
