2024 Keynote speakers

As the Chief Revenue Officer for SAP Concur, Peter Graulich is responsible for building and leading a world-class team and driving the growth of the business on a global scale. Since joining SAP in 2016, he has held both sales and presales management roles in SAP’s Platform & Technology Business, served as the COO of Intelligent Spend Management in the Region Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE), and was appointed SVP and General Manager of Intelligent Spend Management in the EMEA North region in 2020. In February that same year, Peter completed the SAP Master’s program, earning a Master of Science in Leading Sales Transformation from Middlesex University.

Prior to joining SAP, Peter had the privilege throughout his career to work with highly talented people across enterprise software companies, including IBM and CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom). Those experiences, together with his journey with SAP, have helped him develop into a passionate and highly effective organizational leader, with a demonstrated commitment to the success of customers and colleagues by prioritizing operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. You can often find him skiing in the winter months, and he is also a car enthusiast.
With 20+ years of technology solutions consulting experience, Steve has served in this capacity at SAP Concur for the past 14. Promoted from Principal Consultant to his current Director role in 2020, he now leads a high-performing, client-facing team of functional Solution Consultants who use product expertise and business acumen to design architected solutions and tailored strategies in pursuit of outcomes that align to the individual client’s business goals and objectives. Often labeled a “Wanderer” by friends and family, Steve enjoys exploring trails in his home state of Colorado, has visited all 50 U.S. states, and has his eyes set on visiting every continent (3 to go).
With over 14 years of tenure at SAP Concur, Christina has extensive experience building, leading, and empowering best in class teams. Through empathetic value-based leadership, her approach is hallmarked by agile strategies that pivot based on the customer lifecycle and their expected outcomes—embracing the whole customer with intentional actions that drive engagement, growth, and retention. Her passion and commitment are deeply rooted in the customer experience, with an ongoing dedication to learning and challenging the status quo with collaborative ideas. Outside of SAP Concur, Christina eats dessert first, loves being a sports mom, and can’t think of a destination she wouldn’t want to visit.
Fred is a 20+ year Concur veteran. He currently leads Product Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, and Cloud Operations teams. Previously, he led Reliability Engineering team, and Support process transformations and implementing the US Department of Defense. Prior to that, he led Product and Engineering for ConcurGov product and Concur Travel.
Brian Hace is Head of Travel Products and TMC Services, within SAP Concur. Brian has been in the travel industry for almost 20 years. During this time, he has held various leadership roles in product management, strategy and marketing, working to simplify an industry that tends to be overly complicated. Brian joined SAP Concur in 2013 and focused on outlining the TMC product strategy, integrating TMCs more tightly across SAP Concur products, and developing TMC’s support for TripLink. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Brian held a number of positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel supporting Strategy, Marketing and Products. Brian has a Mechanical Engineering degree from NDSU and an MBA from the University of St Thomas.
Jen Moyse leads UX and design for SAP Concur as well as product management for the TripIt and TripLink travel products. A passionate advocate for the needs of the end user, Jen spends her days thinking about how to solve problems and reduce stress for busy people and the administrators who support them. Jen brought more than 15 years of experience creating consumer and small business products to SAP when she joined in 2012 as part of Concur, and played a key role in establishing TripIt as the world's highest-rated travel-organizing app. A passionate travel fan herself, Jen hopes her enthusiasm for experiencing new places and foods will rub off on her six-year-old son, Tristan, who has already visited half a dozen countries and holds strong opinions on pizza.
Cate Everett is a content creator, Travel & Expense storyteller, and Senior Director of Digital Content at SAP Concur. She is passionate about developing and creating engaging and educational content that helps all clients maximize the value of their SAP Concur Solutions through in-person events, webcasts, and videos. Cate’s favorite topic is anything related to the Travel and Expense Policy! Outside work, Cate lives in Minnesota with her family and is pickleball-obsessed.
Kristina is the Global Concur & Administrative Coordinator at Lincoln International, and has been with the company for more than 6 years. She has played a key role in optimizing Lincoln's accounting systems, including Credit Card Services, T&E policies and implementing Concur globally . Kristina also leads the administrative team which is crucial for handling T&E management. These efforts enable her colleagues to focus on providing optimal services to their clients.
Jenny Beth Kissner is the Manager of Global Travel & Expense and Corporate Card Programs for Dentsply Sirona, the largest dental manufacturer in the world. Serving in the T&E space since 2015, she is currently leading the global implementation of SAP Concur Expense. Jenny Beth is a Certified Purchasing Card Professional and has served on the IOCP Global Advisory Team for over 2 years. In her free time, she like to play tabletop games and knit.
